Yes, absolutely! We want your students to see and feel the quality of our scrubs and try them on before they purchase them from us. Simply complete the inquiry form and we’ll reach out to you for more information about your needs and where to send the samples. You can view our selection of scrubs uniforms here.

Once we have established an agreement to work together and determined the style of scrubs, we will send the coordinator sample sizes for free. After students have chosen their scrub sizes by trying them on, they can easily place their orders online through a custom scrubs shop created for your school. We’ll collaborate with your coordinator to verify the quantity required and will place the order with our vendor once all individual orders are submitted to us. The range of sizes is yours to keep for future reorders. We request you return the samples to us at the end of our agreement.

We offer a variety of customization options, including colors, styles, and placement of logos. However, there may be certain limitations depending on the specific design and embroidery requirements. We will work closely with you to ensure that your customization needs are met to the best of our ability.

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate any necessary adjustments to your order whenever possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Orders cannot be changed once we placed the combined order with our vendor. 

The timeline for receiving your schools scrubs depends on factors such as the quantity of scrubs and the complexity of the embroidery. Typically, once we place the combined order with our vendor, you can expect delivery within 15 business days.

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate returns for embroidered scrubs. Hence, it’s crucial for the coordinator to ensure that students try on the scrubs before placing their orders to ensure the correct size.
